Inclement Weather
Classes may be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather. The school makes every effort to notify students in advance of such delays or cancellations. However, students must listen to local radio/television stations for announcements related to such events. These announcements usually begin at 6 am for day classes and at 3 pm for evening classes. We will cancel any scheduled classes whenever the local public schools and local universities have canceled their classes due to inclement weather.
If you are traveling from out of town, for the Durham Research Triangle Area before you make your trip.
There are no refunds for class cancellations due to inclement weather. We will reschedule students into other upcoming scheduled classes. We do try to work with your schedule!
Not Enough Students For Scheduled Classes?
We also reserve the right to postpone classes that do not have enough students registered to be economically feasible. We will reschedule students into other upcoming scheduled classes. Again, we do try to work with your schedule!

Holiday Closings
Please be aware that we observe the following holidays and are always closed on these days. No classes will be scheduled on these days:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
